Reporting

Fleet Map’s internet application provides extensive reporting capabilities. We offer comprehensive reporting services that provide the user with the capability to specify criteria (e.g., date ranges, locations, groups, and assets) and run either real-time or historical reports.

Fleet Map uses reporting systems to support accurate and timely data collection to assist clients in the analysis of their daily business operations. The deployment of complex analysis in flexible, clear, and easy to use reports can be tailored to your business needs.

Each client is provided a set of standard reports as part of their agreement. In addition to that, we provided customized reporting services as a value added benefit based on each client’s specific business model and reporting needs.

Reports are produced using SQL Reporting Services and can be easily downloaded to multiple formats. Reports are customizable, allowing end users to specify date ranges, group data, and select the kinds of data to appear in a report for in-depth data analysis.

SQL Reporting Services enables Fleet Map and its clients to have professional and consistent reports, which can be produced in several formats including PDF, XML, CSV, TIFF, HTML and Excel.

Static (daily, weekly, monthly) reports can be automatically emailed to designated users at a specific time on a recurring basis or downloaded directly from our web application. Also, the reports are printer friendly and can be downloaded to PCs for analytical processing and reporting.

If you prefer to develop your own reports or integrate the information collected by Fleet Map into your own systems, we offer a web service API which allows you to interface our system as a direct feed into yours. 
Web Based Reporting
Not only do we offer an API to access all of your data, but our canned reports allow a quick and easy way to retrieve information about your fleet.
